Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 28, 2026

This policy covers the macOS applications published by Nanotalons, LLC — currently tinyping and tinymon — and this website, nanotalons.com.

The short version

We do not collect any data. Nanotalons apps have no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind. We do not receive, store or sell information about you or about how you use the apps.

tinyping

tinyping measures the round-trip time to a host that you choose. To do that, it sends network probes to that host — the same thing the ping command does — and displays the results on your screen.

tinymon

tinymon reads performance information about your own Mac — such as processor load, per-core activity, memory usage and built-in system sensors — and draws it on screen.

This website

nanotalons.com is a static website. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Our hosting provider processes standard web server request logs (such as IP address, timestamp and requested page) for security and reliability purposes; we do not use those logs to build profiles of visitors.

Email you send us

If you email support, we receive your message and your email address, and we use them only to answer you. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone.

Third parties

Apps distributed through the Mac App Store are downloaded and paid for through Apple. Apple's handling of your purchase and account information is governed by Apple's privacy policy, not this one.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
